Blind - this is a really good white Bordeaux. 70/30 Assyrtiko/Semillon blend. Grassy, fresh, with a touch of lime and a chalky character. Round & polished on the palate, with great balance & poise. This is elegant & complete. Lacks a a touch of edginess, but this is a really good wine.

Paired beautifully with chicken and of seafood. With the blend of assyrtiko with the semillon, it's beautiful to drink and not dry. Amazed
