Nov 15th, 2021Solid. Raspberry confiture, lavender, wet earth, caramel. Opens up with Floral, summer Provence herbs. mouthwatering acidity, good structure but soft and weighty. Took 3+ hours to open up. Initially a solid, youthful cdp, by nuances came out with time and listening. Cool. Worth seeing how this develops another year or 2.
