$3.99 at Trader Joe's. Smooth but not boring. Pretty well balanced and a nice purple color. Probably a crowd pleaser. I'd like to try the other wines from La Finca, which have the same price.

Strong oak flavor when first poured, but mellows out once it's had time to breathe. Smooth tannins. Slightly watery. Very drinkable.

Went really nicely with our picnic. An ok red for drinking on its own, but not much body to it. Probably needed a better pairing. #red #malbec

Smooth, not complex at all. It's cheep at Trader Joe's, maybe $5. Not bad.
