Enzo Rillo Sannio Fiano

Lots of layers and super textured white. What I would call fuller bodied. Golden fruits. Sizeable acidity. Great with pizza (mortadella, bufala, crushed pistacchio).

First time trying this variety, but it left an impression! Honeyed aroma. Layered, notes of cantaloupe and butter. Buttery mouthfeel, too. Would definitely drink again.
