Jun 8th, 2019Tasted many times with consistent notes. Fantastic in so many ways. Very ripe tannins, bold acidity. Bold oak treatment. Finishes with coffee notes and crushed velvet. Complemented the ribeye perfectly 😋

Jan 27th, 2019This is coiled like a heavy spring. Dense and compact, with big, regal tannins. Superb oak treatment. This needs to rest for a few years in the bottle. Loving it right now, tho.

Jan 13th, 2019A superb example of cabernet. First time trying this, and while I’m biased as we have a relationship the winemaker. That being said, this is a full-throttle, fruit-forward Napa cab. Dense on the palate, with sublime oak treatment. Jet black fruits, with hints of coffee and cinnamon. A stellar way to celebrate Xmas with family. Loving this. Will buy more...
The label is also very innovative. A nice departure from the norm.

This just keeps getting better every time we taste it. Tasting notes are so consistent, just that it’s becoming more nuanced and layered. Big and bold, with balance and poise. This will sail on in the cellar for 15 - 20 years.

Started off with yeasty aromas.. but once that blew off, it settled into a nice, structured, dark fruit forward cab.. nice!!
