From Arroyo Grande Valley AVA, this Pinot is bright Ruby with red fruit aromas and notes of baking spices. On the palate cranberry, cherry and cinnamon spice are accompanied by raspberry candy. The wine has crisp acidity and young tannins, approachable now but can further develop. The finish shows good length and ends with mineral and cacao tones.

Aug 16th, 2016Had the 2013 vintage--fruity, earthy, balanced and really tasty. This reliable Pinot Noir is one of my go-to reds and is great with the grilled salmon I am eating right now.

Feb 3rd, 2016It manages to take elements I don't usually care for and turn them into assets. Young, with cherry and a little Dr. Pepper but not at an off-putting level (and I generally don't like cola in my PN), held together with slightly gritty tannin but the grit adds a nice texture and actually enhances the drinking experience.
