70% Semillon and 30% Chardonnay, the Semillon creates a rich and herbaceous palate, with hints of toffee and caramel. The Chardonnay provides notes of Okanagan peach and some lime, creating a very interesting and complex white wine. Loved it with our pan seared red snapper on a bed of leek and lemon risotto.
