An amazing "for-hire" wine vinted by the spectacular David Akiyoshi, this Lodi Cab could go head to head with any Napa Cab in this range! It has lots of flavors going on: smooth milk chocolate up front, bright cherries and blueberries in the thick complex body, and a sort of tingly mineral finish. It is a great cocktail wine but also excellent with burgers and arugula salad!
