Way interesting Barossa Cab offering a spicy walk through a higher altitude Colorado mountain meadow followed by the aromatic benefit offered up from a newly built oak barrel accepting its initial splendid splash. From there, it's a blueberry/cherry explosion, then the nose goes a little dirty - a crazy cool conversion. The blueberries hang, glide and cling thanks to a tannic/acid two-step twisting, twirling, then...
"kind woman
won't you love me tonight
the look in your eyes..." (vintage Buffalo Springfield; classically intriguing, romancing and memorable...)..,
PS pour me another one just like the other oneππ·ππ

A winner! Aromas of steak sauce, slightly oxidized red fruit, and light oak. Medium + bodied and long tannic finish. Loved it

Cherry vanilla nose - even blueberry. Light light surprisingly light on the tongue. Citrus mellon start - very light. Caramel vanilla finish. Very nice. If the label didn't say it I'd never know it was a cab.
