Another dry Riesling from down under, why not?
This is lovely. Right up my alley.
Lemon, lemon zest, flowery scents, some petroly touches too. Textbook Riesling nose. The palate is acid driven, as expected, with lemony and lemon curd notes all along, some good width and a massive grip in the rear. The finish is long, lemony and zesty and goes on for a super long while, leaving a tangy aftertaste that lingers for a moment. Great stuff. Different take than the 2 hands effort I tasted some time ago, unoaked, but very good example of the varietal. Thumbs up again! — 5 months ago
Delectable - this is the Valley Floor not the Steadfast Shiraz. Inky dark Ruby red in colour, almost black. Very oaky - like aromas of freshly sawn wood. Ripe plums and earth from a warm vintage and from the “Valley floor “. Full bodied. This is the Barossa Shiraz playbook which ticks all the boxes. As a footnote Langmeil owns some of the oldest vines in Australia dating back to 1847. — 2 years ago
Decantered for 2 hours, low tanins, not too acidic. Big, bold, smooth. — 3 years ago

My son described this as the best white wine he has tasted. A little spritzy - this is not your usual Riesling.... it is lively just as it is named, full of jest and very easy to drink! Great wine! — a year ago
An Aussie take on the classic French GSM. Warm baking spices on the nose. Plums, blackberries, and raspberries on the palate with just a touch of oak. Medium in body and quite smooth. 50% Grenache, 25% Shiraz, 25% Mataro. 11/30/21. — 3 years ago

Live wire by name Live wire by taste. This is not your usual Riesling White wine and be prepared to be excited by the spritz and fine bubbles in a very very easy drinking and refreshing drop.
This is our go to White wine for summer drinking served cold for maximum delight! — 10 months ago
