Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Pretty damn good once it opens up. Definitely take time to decant before enjoying.

Young wine. They obviously put some oak on it to improve the flavor and structure. Not much in the way of tannins. I don’t really have a way to describe it but it very much has that South Africa dust flavor to it. Something you can drink with a variety of cheese.
