Citrus fruit right up front, a little tropical pineapple and Myer lemon that is balanced out nicely with a touch of brioche on the nose. The taste is lively and full of tiny bubbles, with nice acid and minerality. This beautiful 06 vintage maintains its balance until the last drop.

Delicious, acidic but pure not harsh.

2006 vintage in magnum. Very fresh nose. Chardonnay comes to the fore. Some spicy notes here. Roast almonds. Lovely and fresh - yummy wine. Great bubbles - soft and silky. Really enjoyable.
