My first time having this grape, thought it was just okay… Very aromatic, scents of cherry, plum, spice. However, has a very strong licorice flavor. The chili pepper finish was a nice touch. after two hours of decanting the wine has lost the licorice flavor is much more layered and complex with this nice Tanic long finish.
