Quite aromatic with subdued white fruit and nuts on the palate. But for some reason this just doesn’t come together for me. A little too light in body, very low acid, not a refreshing finish.

Feb 22nd, 2020Nice ribolla gialla. Pretty classic in some sense, in that it’s not much macerated. Quite floral with decent acid. A bit of an oily texture (though not in a bad way).
