Tasted Blind: Burnt popcorn, dried apple, pear, white peach, crushed rock, and integrates oak notes -vanilla, clove, and cardamom. Rich in mouthfeel contrasted with tart apple and pear fruit. Layered. Finish lingers and acidity is firm. Suspected white burgundy of a high quality producer.
