2021. Wow. Had no idea Australia was making such good chard. Mineral and crisp. Lots of almonds, apples green, and pear. Slight honeydew. Long finish. Captivating.

Though young and subdued the wine wakes with an hour in a decanter revealing white flower aromas, lemon, apple, subtle oak elements, white peach and light green herbs. Loads of minerality, crisp high acidity and a compact form that only becomes more opulent with time. A terrific wine.
