Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep ruby red with high intensity. Slight tight on opening but still thick nose that is coated with dark berries and dark chocolate. Showed notes of plums, coco leaves, new leather, and baking spices with some air. Moderate plus tannins (7.5/10) and full bodied. Layered and complex palate. Palate starts off with some bitter chocolate, cola and plums. Super long and lingering finish. Semi dry too. First wine made by Chris Figgins that we have tried, very impressed and looking forward to more. Drink till 2030.

Nothing epic but not bad. As usual drink younger and it would have been better!

Tertiary characteristics starting to come through, but still some fruit present.

Jim knows his reds. This is outstanding.

Ahhh.mazing smooth, rich, but not powerful. Excellent wine.

Big intense cab! Very aromatic. Plum and cherry forward with cocoa and wood presence Nice!!

Fruit forward, somewhat flat in the mid-palette, nice structured finish

Classic Leonetti. Dark and smoky and nice structured tannins. Very balanced and was fantastic with filet mignon.

Ripe fruit. Smooth lasting flavor. And we just got on their membership list after patiently waiting 2 years.
