Aromas of fennel and tobacco smoke with a dash of roasted tomato and layers of dark chocolate and black raspberry, a bit tawny port like. Sharp acidity on the palate leads into a slightly vegetal and ashy middle with a moderate finish. Gets better with aeration. Missing the muscularity I expect from Andre Brunel.

Needs air. Lots of sour cherry, quite tart. Lots of funk as well. Not my favorite.
