Apr 24th, 20192017 vintage. High acid, grassy, and an undeniable cannabis aroma and flavor. Blend of SB and Semillon, in which the SB is far more prominent.

Jun 13th, 2018Sadly a third of this bottle went into the claims we made. Dont get me wrong they were delicious. It was sad because we only had one bottle of this wine and when had it with the calms we realize how good this wine was and we wanted more. This has clean pear and lemon aromas. The palate was more honeydew and lighter lemon hints. Super easy to drink and delicious with out clams and seared sea bass. Already ordered several more bottles.

Mar 11th, 2019Despite its present citrus notes from Sauvignon blanc, it feels like the wine needs a little more work. I drank it under 2 conditions 55F and then at 40F. At 55 it was a little disappointing , but at 40 it tasted better and I felt kiwi and lemongrass which went well with a vegan plate. I liked the fact that the wine is organic and non gmo. I buy the idea. The wine is nearly there.
