This is a massive southern Rhone style blend from Paso. Never had this wine before and made the mistake of not decanting. Only complaint is the wine is too hot from an alcohol content perspective. I ran a little experiment and left 1/3 of the bottle for night 2. And then 1/2 a glass for night 4. Both night 2 and 4 were better than the first night. The citrusy fruit notes really began to shine as the wine was more balanced and nuanced. Definitely an end of the night wine. Next time I drink this I will pop the cork the day before I plan to drink it and then decant it the next day for a couple of hours. I definitely recommend giving these Levo wines a try.
