Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Rich, plush, lots of blue/black fruit, still very structured. Maybe a touch of dark chocolate. Delicious.

Last wine of final four night so... still what you'd expect, plush, deep ripe core of dark fruit, dense and powerful.

One of the best Cabs I’ve opened. Paired perfect with New York Strip

Out of this world. Pretty dark purple color. Opulant cherry, earth and cedar, tobacco on palate. Great balance with smooth tannins. Masterfully constructed Napa can. Thoroughly enjoyed tasting this wine

Light and full. But not between your eyes fruity like other Napa Cabs. Perfect w pastas

It was just okay. Overshadowed by the Hobbs and everything after.

full bodied cab, a little young. Still very nice

Pure red fruit. Nice depth. Not as good as the reserve but damn close.

Very soft and silky. It was a bit sweet for my tastes.

Decanted and left for nearly 4 hours.
Superb full bodied Cab with black berry, tobacco, plum and chocolate overtones. I should have waited before opening. This wine will last!
