This Central Coast's take on Muscadet Sevre et Maine lacks the two things love about Muscadets- salinity and sur lees character. So your left with a simple Melon de Bourgogne- clean and drinkable but not enticing or exciting

Rocky, saline beauty from Bien Nacido and Lieu Dit. So refreshing.

Creamy, but not oakey. A touch of vanilla that is balanced by acid and brightness.

LFW guy said “you’ll like”, under natty whites. It isn’t funky, very good, very white. Clean white

Pure, clean, shimmering minerals. A squeeze of lemon and some bubbles. Excellent.
