A beautifully aged Cabernet. Soft and elegant with drying tannins. Lingering fruit along with secondary earthy notes from the bottle aging make for a great evening. Drink now though, I don’t foresee a whole lot of long term upside from longer aging.

Luscious fruit and green pepper. Decant and allow to open--delicious. Great now, but can't wait to try again with a bit more time.
