Pale, translucent gold-green. Snap peas, lime, melon, white pepper. Slight rubber-grassiness. Light bodied with med+-to-high acid. Citrus finish.

Clean crisp pair with fish sauce and lime

Smoky, with a pleasant streak of raw honey and supple grapefruit citrus profile. You'll find only a touch of the classic crack of green and white peppercorns. Just doesn't have the zip I'm looking for in a GV.

Mouth: high bright tight acidity, no oily texture at all, clean, fresh, medium- body
Very similar with Riesling

Fat veltline flavour. Fine freshness. Pugnant inpression.
