Well-balanced, slightly spicy and multi-dimensional. Goes well with sautéed Chinese food (chicken/veggie) as the wine cuts through the oiliness while complimenting the food with a rounded Riesling yumminess. This would be amazing with mild Pad Thai or Pineapple Fried Rice?
