The wine pours a brilliant pale golden-yellow color with a spectacular bead of compact streamers. It show white peach, yellow apple, lemon cream, brioche, and a bit of hazelnut aromas. On the palate it’s dry, medium-bodied and expressive with a delicate mousse and ripening (mostly ripe, but with bits of tart under ripeness) peach, white peach, golden raspberry flavors with very energetic lemony acidity and an appealing chalky minerality. 2009 Vintage

This champs is amazing! It reminded me of eating a brioche with apples on top. Layers of tart apple with this yeasty butter flavor but not too over powering. Very well balanced with great acid. Great vintage champagne! Tack Brenda!

Great complexity and palate roundness. Great price, drinks better than some 75$ champagne.

2009 vintage: toasty brioche, nutty (pistachio? Never said that before!). An elegant note of lemon peel.. Persistent mouse. This champagne opened so much over the course of 45 min we hat I wish I had let it warm up a tad before drinking. Absolutely rich and elegant. I had to go back to see how much $ because I want a case. $30-ish? A steal!!!

Case up, people. As delicious as the 2008- thanks to @Gary Westby for this awesome find! Pear, citrus, mineral, lightest hints of vanilla cake frosting (just like the 08 to me) but with a little bit more height, Grace and elegance.

A delicious vintage champagne with a tart meter lemon taste up front and a long tail light yeasty flavor.
