May 26th, 2018A bit funky and feral to start with, it definitely calmed down after a day almost spent in a decanter. Lovely liquid that touches all the corners(??) of your mouth. Just 60 bottles shipped to Melbourne by Centovino. Glad to have them all at the restaurant.

Earth, mushrooms, menthol, and just straight up funk. Much less body than your typical Aglianco, but still a solid medium with good length.
