Deep ruby color. Intense crushed wet rock aromas along with dark cherry, burnt rubber, violets and fresh herbs. Sour berry and cherry flavors along with hints of bramble, black olive, spices and smoked meat. Drying tannins with a very rustic and gamey quality.
