Light nose with limes, grapefruits, citrus, green apples, herbs, light yeast and minerals.
Medium bodied with high acidity and small bubbles.
Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, green apples, light yeast, earth, minerals and spices.
Tangy finish with grapefruits and limes.
This 5 year old Sparkling wine from Oregon is still young and needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, but already drinking very nicely.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 30 minutes of airtime.
This Single Vineyard Pinot Meunier is well balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Complex and entertaining.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, or with food.
100% Pinot Meunier grapes from 35 year old vines, were aged for 5 years on the lees. A small production of only 1,200 bottles. Disgorged in 2025.
