Nov 6th, 2021Seemed to have gone over the hill. More acids then anything else though the bones and structure are there. Not bad with ribs for Evan's BD dinner at #25. Interesting! Tasted better after two days in Cali bottle. More enticing mushroom and forest floor on nose and livelier texture. Upping by 2 to 9
