The wine took a good hour to open up. The nose was full of beautiful aromas of black fruit, bacon, smoke and black earth. On the palate still a nice acidity and with resolved tannins. A suave palate with notes of bacon and an intensity of flavors quite remarkable. Could pass for a real hermitage. Liked it allot.
