Carte Noire Brut Cava Blend

Light golden in color.

Light nose of lemons, apples, butter, citrus and minerals.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and big bubbles.

Dry to off dry on the palate with citrus, lemons, apples, pineapples, light yeast, pears, spices and black pepper.

Medium finish with almonds and limes.

This is a nice Spanish sparkling wine. Simple and balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

Methode Traditionnelle. Good for parties or with food.

11.5% alcohol by volume.

nice dry sparkling wine, would also be good for cocktail-making.

Clear and bright. Dry and crisp on the palate. Short finish. Not complex but very refreshing.

Easy to drink, bubbly, good for the price ($5.49 TJ's)

This was surprisingly good for the price. I'm not usually a fan of sparkling wines but this was well balanced with good acidity and was crisp and refreshing.

May be better than Cristileno

Ok - soft nothing stands out soft chard

I think I got this at Trader Joe’s - nice, dry with a very light hint of apple. Eric and I both liked it, especially since I’m sure it was inexpensive.

Particularly frizzante, if a bit apple-heavy.
