Medium bodied pinot. Inky with a bit of pepper, blackberries. Dry finish. Doesn't need much air, no need to decant. Open 1/2 hour before and enjoy. Wouldn't serve with poultry or fish, but easily with beef, pork or lamb.

Pop n pour Pinot noir. Lots of cocoa and sweet berries. Cola on the back end. No tannins to speak of. Medium finish
