Almond and red sour berries on the nose. Pinot like palate with a strong acid backbone and delicate touches of red Forrest berries on the sides. Very dry touch with a pinch of tannins in the rear. Finish with some salt and red currant. I like it better than last time

Oct 27th, 2018Spices, almond, glue (?!!?) small red berries, rather underwhelming nose... the palate is very dry but rather pretty well balanced. A strong acid backbone, rather dusty strong tannins, those red berries again and strawberries, wild strawberries too all along. Bright finish with red berries and a pinch of acid that makes it enjoyable. Don’t like the nose, like the palate very much. Let’s leave it an hour or two of air
