2008 in Magnum - WOW! absolutely delicious and I’ve had a fair number of vintages of this wine. Big and bright with unusual powerful white fruits in the mid-palate. Hebrart SC has become my go-to birthday bubbles and this one may have been the best yet. Almost drank the whole magnum myself!

Every time I drink Hebrart, it makes me want more of his stuff. This has power to spare across the nose and palate, yet it shows barely any weight. Effortless to enjoy with pure pear notes & a clean, bright finish. Beautiful stuff.
