Great evolution in the bottle. Nicely tamed sour dark cherries.

BYOB by Joe and Pat. This was my benchmark Guado twelve years ago. Lost a little of the stuffing but still beautiful.

Decent Italian. Pretty ripe cherries. Simple clean a little tight grippy.

Shut down at the beginning. Opened up to chocolate, cocoa, leather, secondary fruit, cherry. Past it's prime.

Bouchonnée

Showing its age remarkably well, the tannins have melted completely into this elegant wine. It still boasts fruit flavors of plum, currant and cassis, with notes of leather and tar on the nose in a long, rich velvety package of great finesse. Fabulous!

Very nicely balanced. It developed layer after layer of flavor as it opened up.
