Nose of metal and gun flint. Raspberries and dried cranberries in the beginning which evolved to strawberry jam after a while. Still so youthful despite it being almost 20 years old.

1997 - Enjoyable but not as good as the Poggio. Still dark in color with plum notes but a slight off putting note in the finish
