Solaia Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

One of the best Italians I've ever drank. This was absolutely delicious, although very young and primary. The depth of flavor is boundless yet only relenting slightly with tons of air. 🔥 🔥 🔥!!!

Beautiful nuance in this cab sav dominated blend and entering its golden years that may well drink until she's 40 or more. Gobsmacked by one of the gem of gems in the Antinori collection. Wow

Wowsers. Full of complexity and elegance but full of fruit and subtlety. Loved it.

Among the best to come from Villa Antinori, Solaria is exceptional. Dense, dark fruit that is drinking well at 11 years but will continue to be enjoyed for 20 years. Benefits from an hours or so decant . Lovely chewy juice. Hubba hubba!

Initially tight on open but after 1 hr has really rounded - beautifully smooth with a nice mouth feel - wasn’t stoked about opening such a young wine but drinking great and in another 10 yrs will be a Truly special wine
