Brutally acidic....glad it was not served to guests. Absolutely no fruit throughout just a hint of leather and limestone (Flavour not normally associated with reds) and menthol. Truly disappointed ☹️. I decanted for a fair amount of time. We added some fat of blue cheese and garlic compound butter to our Filet Mignon to reduce the tartness in mouth but didn’t remove the overall tartness😞

Gefälliger Rotwein, der etwas Zeit zum atmen benötigt. Kein Schmeichler oder sehr fruchtig, aber sehr gehaltvoll. Entwickelt sich mit der Zeit.
