Drier profile than expected on account of its great acidity and touch of balancing bitter tannin. Exquisite, long, oxidative finish. Paired wonderfully with lemon tumeric pound cake.

Pretty great stuff. Like a dry Madeira in many ways. I'd say "alternative" but it's actually way more expensive than an entry level Madeira. Still, awesome stuff and anyone who likes this style has to try this.
