Beautiful, full bodied wine, 69% Pinot Noir, 31% Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards. Ripe apple, pear, lemon, raspberry, wild strawberry, brioche and pastry with a beguiling note of spice - clove, cinnamon and vanilla. Dry but Rich and seductive, very mature aromas and flavor with a long finish. Great poise and balance.

Shamefully I do not drink much Champagne. This stuff is rock solid. Just the tiniest bubbles. Mostly PN with a splash of Chardonnay. Sea shell, nutty.
