So expansive, airy, salty, some fruit but more chalk and mineral, such a fine mousse, so elegant, juicy and clean, wonderful acidity, unreal purity, what a nose, the mousse is so clean and my god it’s so pure and has such movement. Concentrated and juicy with unreal texture and depth. Inner mouth aromas up the wazoo. Dry dry finish. Unreal structure. Can’t wait to see where this goes.
