2000 vintage. This might have been an imperfect bottle, a little over the hill, and outperformed by the surprising 1997. In the same tasting Villegeorge 1995 and 1986 ( from a half bottle) provided a lot of pleasure for lovers of older Bordeaux. Sadly,the 1961 Villegeorge was corked.
