Sick mirabelle plum, spice, wet earth, slate, apricot skin. Tangerine and loads of tangerine skin, so so airy and evocative. Really impressive fruit. Huge acid and freshness with an ungodly amount of juicy minerality, plum and citrus, awesome texture and depth with lovely pure apricot and tangerine skin fruit with some flesh, but so precise, elegant, round, balanced and mineral. Really perfectly pitched feinherb. Tangy, salty, hint of sweetness and top notch elegance.
