Pairs well with heavy oil dishes. Cooked a tilapia the second night pan fried in oil. Flavors complimented well with this wine. Sweet textures that needed a day to open. Heavy fruit flavors, white grapes, pears and other acidity's. Would consider this a low cost Chardonnay that you could pair. Would opt to spend a bit more money for a better experience.
