Mary Taylor Wine
Anjou Blanc Chenin Blanc
A nice Chenin Blanc from vineyards along the border of 2 sub-regions, pale lemon color with aromas of white fruits and wet stone. On the palate flavors of apple and peach, complex, lively acidity. Long finish ending with mineral and sweet honey character, should age a bit, but great now! Good value!

Apr 29th, 2024Similar to the last time we bought this (2017 vintage) wine, but prior traits seemed to be dialed down 25%.
100% Chenin Blanc; Anjou AOC (Saint-Jean-des-Mauvrets)
Nose has chalky minerals, cold honey, beeswax and dried apricots.
Palate has dehydrated apricot, peach skin, medium acidity and medium finish.
$14, still a great value.

Fun Chenin. Light on the nose, but fun Long finish. We’ve been drinking California Chenin, fun to taste this blend from two vineyards of Anjou. Fuller bodied, high acid.

Jun 10th, 2022Incredible white wine, had with a surf and turf Christmas dinner. Would drink on fancy picnic or with charcuterie for sure. Very crisp!

Dec 25th, 2021First time trying one of the Mary Taylor wines and this lived up to its reputation for a well made honest wine for the price. At <$15 a very solid value. Quite juicy with nice minerality. Finish is perhaps a note short but still a nice wine.
