Cherry, liquorice , spice . It's a very good wine .But my favourite producer in Priorat is Costers Del Priorat , more acidity !!!

A new wine from one of my favorite priorat producers getting ready for the tasting tonight

Great value Priorat. Classic blend without French varieties. Very fruity without being too much. Some depth and nice finish. One of the most drinkable at this price range. Needs to breathe for quite a while, it is better on the second night.

Blend of 80% Garnatxa, 10% Cariñena (Carignan) and 10% Syrah from the estate’s youngest vines (20-25 years old). Very expressive nose with beautiful aromas of strawberry and jammy red fruit. Mediterranean herbs and some earthy notes. Fresh, delicious, easy to drink, some warmth

Cherry. BlackBerry. Hot at 14.5%. Some leather and spices. Needed some time to breath. Don’t drink it alone - pair with a big hunk of meat.

Tastes young and slightly flinty. Great with our Spanish meal.
