smells of jammy syrupy blackcurrant, black raspberry, cedarwood, dried tobacco...palate gives mint blackberry brambles. carignan from priorat- stems included- fierce and heavy stuff- almost 16%... but pretty balanced.

Really good after about an hour of opening up. Dark fruit, well balanced and more complex and put together than I thought it would be. May purchase a couple bottles. Was excellent with the lamb and duck pintxos at tinto in philly!
