Oct 5th, 2018Carbo loading for Steve's ling training weekend at an outdoor patio Italian restaurant in lake Forest. Excellent sauce. Modest wine. Everyday wine not special occasion.

Aug 18th, 2018Had it at Beau Rivage, Jan 2018. It was good but it cost us $65. Lighter than I was expecting. I was pairing it with beef Wellington and grilled lamb chops. In reality it needed something rounder with more fruity bottom. This was more like a light Pinot with Sangiovese overtones and light tannin.
