Oaky smell from seven months of aging in barrels. Apple juice is mostly the theme in color, smell and flavor. There's also aromas of peaches and brown leaves, pineapple on the palate, and it finishes with brown baking spices. I've got a feeling it would pair well with pancakes. Vintage 2012
